President Joe-Biden must first take note that he is the president of the United States Of America not World president. It is always good to think very well before talking. There is war between two brothers and you as an outsider is coming to bring peace in between them. You don't speak harsh words to another,just because you love the other. He should first try to sit down and look the history of the United States of America from 1945 till date. America bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki with atomic bombs. The cuban missile crisis of october 1962 in which the Soviet-Union placed the Nuclear missiles in Cuba directed at U.S.A. The United States wanted to blow the world. The unjustified bombings of Iraq that killed many innocent iraqis in 2003. The bombimg of belgrade in europe in 1995. The bombing of Libya by the United States and Nato in 2011.Police Brutality cycle in America that has killed many innocent black people. President Joe-Biden did not have any right to call President Vladimir Putin a war criminal,butcher or any kind of evil names because of ukraine invasion.Joe-Biden must learn how to seek for peace by gentle tongue but not speaking harsh words to putin. Vladimir Putin is better than many American politicians who always debated for war invasion into other countries unjustifiably.
The Russia and Ukraine crisis was caused by the United states and Nato.If they really want peace,should first checked themselves very well.Joe-Biden has not got any reason also to call for a regime change in Russia because Russia federation can decide themselves on how to rule themselves.
