"RUSSIA SHOULD RETALIATE DIPLOMATS EXPULSION"
The western world has seen the spy poisoning(Sergei-Skripal) as a false pretext and their way of hegemony to expel Russia's diplomats.
It is very wrong for the U.S and E.U to retaliate like that. It is not the appropriate way to pursue peace.
First of all,Sergei Skripal was a former Russian intelligence before he defected to Great Britain.
If at all,the Russian government was involved in his poisoining,it should be solved diplomatically not expulsion.
